When a device is disconnected from Monument, there is a red indicator next to  Settings and the Connection Status is Disconnected.

If you cannot import the Newname.pst file into Outlook, unfortunately you have lost all the information that is not in the Lost and Found folder.

App password is not needed so long as you’re using a modem version of Outlook.

Find the .ost file that the error message reported to have errors, and then delete it and open outlook, it will recreate a new .ost file.

This started happening a week or so ago, but it’s becoming increasingly annoying.
